WP1 is the management work package of EPITA, designed to ensure effective and transparent coordination, smooth internal communication, financial compliance, risk management, and continuous quality assurance. This integrated framework allows for timely achieve the project’s objectives, produce high-quality results, and efficient use of the resources. 

The broader aim of WP1 is to strengthen the European particle accelerator research ecosystem and position EPITA as a flagship project within the European accelerator community. This is being achieved by maximising the visibility, accessibility, and uptake of project results through well-structured dissemination and exploitation strategies, including the use of open-access platforms and targeted communication activities. Through these efforts, WP1 is fostering knowledge and technology transfer, encouraging follow-up research, and is ensuring long-term scientific, societal, and policy impact.
